Hotel accomodation

 

Strasbourg has 2000 hotel rooms located near the Convention Centre, which is situated at the heart of the European district. From traditional hotels to hotels chains, there is something to suit all congress participants.

• Two major hotels **** are in front of the Convention Centre (Hilton and Holiday Inn)
• Many hotels are located in the streets and squares surrounding the Cathedral or in the Petite France quarter. You can easily access to the Convention Centre by tram, as the inner city transport infrastructure is excellent.

 

Special prices are proposed to the EAPD Congress participants:

• **** : from 169 € (breakfast included) to 250 €
• ***  : from 115 € to 145 €
• **   : from 70 € to 100 €

The Hotel Accomodation Department of Strasbourg Events will be happy to guide you for the choice of your hotel and for booking.

You may book accomodation along with your registration. 

Please make your reservation before March 1^st as room availability cannot guaranteed after this date. Indeed, Strasbourg is a very touristic city, and all the week-end in May and June are very busy. Only registrations accompanied with a payment will be confirmed.

 

Important information: Several hotels are already full. It is difficult to find a room for the night of 23^rd as it is corresponding to the end of a European parliament session.
