Pre-Congress and Congress Secretariat

1. Registration desk will open on Thursday 24^th from 8h00 to 16h30 at the Dental Faculty (inside the old Civil Hospital, see the map). You can pick-up your congress material and badge here.

The pre-congress course “Early orthodontics” will be held in theatre “Robert Frank” and the pre-congress “Orodysmorphology in the theatre “Jean-Victor Ruch”. The coffee breaks and lunch will be served in the hall of the dental faculty.

 

2. At the Convention Centre, the registration desk will open Friday 25^th May at 7h30. It is located at the ground floor, entrance Schweitzer (see on the floor plan).Operating hours are detailed on the congress website.

If you have pre-registered, please visit the registration desk to receive your badge and congress material.

The presenters of posters will receive also an envelop with sticky tape.

If you wish to buy additional tickets or in case of reimbursement, please visit the finance office at the registration desk.

 

3. Hospitality booth will be operating on-site during the Congress. It is located beside the registration desk.

Instructions for posters

110 cm (High) x 84 cm (large (fromat : portrait) 

Poster with oral discussion: in front of the poster, no slides

All posters stay during the 2 days Friday and Saturday

Mounting : Friday before 9h00

Dismounting : Satruday between 16h00 and 17h00

 

Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception - Thursday 24^th 18h00 at the Palais de l’Europe (Council of Europe)

All participants, invited speakers and sponsors are more than welcome to attend the Ceremony. The Welcome Reception will follow in the same building.

 

Access to the Palais de l’Europe is restricted to persons with name badge.

These badges will be distributed at the entrance of the building to participants for the Opening Ceremony and/or Welcome Reception. To get your badge, you should present your passport or identity card (for European citizens). After you will pass a security checkpoint.

The congress organising committee will be there from 17h00 to welcome you and to ensure a steady flow of the entrance.

 

Boat tour – Friday 25^th May

Departure : embankment near place du Chateau (Rohan Palace, 5 mn walk from the Cathedral). First departure at 17h30. You will receive the exact time of the departure of your boat in your congress material.

 

Gala dinner - Saturday 26^th in Royal Palace

Departure by bus from the convention centre.

Formal dress is required.

 

Closing Ceremony- Sunday 27^th at 11h30

At the convention Centre, in auditorium Schweitzer, followed by a Champagne Buffet served in the convention centre.

 

Dietary Requirements

Please make sure you have informed the Congress Secretariat.

 

Tours and visits

Please visit the tour page as there is not enought persons registered for the cooking classes and the tours on thursday, so it has been cancelled.
